Refund Policy

The short version

• You see a free watermarked preview of your front page before you pay.
• You read and approve every page before we release your files.
• Once your files are delivered, we don't refund.
• If we made a mistake, we fix it free.

Before you pay

Answering the questions and seeing your preview cost nothing. You only pay if you love what you see.

After you pay, before you approve

Changed your mind? Email support@bigdaypaper.com before you approve your paper, and we'll refund you in full.

After your files are delivered

Approving your paper releases your final files. From that moment, your order is final and we don't refund it, because the paper was made only for you and you checked every page first.

Our mistakes, fixed free

If something is our fault, we fix it at no cost. That includes:

• a mistake we introduced, such as a name, date or detail that's different from what you told us or approved;
• a page that's missing, cut off or laid out wrongly in your final files;
• files that are broken or won't open.

Email support@bigdaypaper.com and tell us what's wrong. We'll fix it and send new files.

What we can't refund

• Mistakes in the answers you gave us that were in the pages you approved, such as a misspelled name you typed.
• Changing your mind after your files are delivered.
• How your paper looks on your own printer or at a copy shop you chose.

If you spot a mistake of your own after approving, email us anyway. We'll help if we can.

Printed copies

When we offer printed copies: if a copy arrives with a printing defect or is damaged in transit, email support@bigdaypaper.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll reprint it free. We don't refund printed copies for errors in content you approved.

If we cancel

If we can't make your paper, or we cancel your order before your files are delivered, we refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Your rights under the law

This policy doesn't take away rights you have by law. If you live in the EU, the UK or another place that gives you rights we can't override, those rights still apply.

Questions about a charge

If a charge looks wrong, please email us first at support@bigdaypaper.com. We'll sort it out, usually faster than a bank dispute.
